The Okavango Delta in Botswana certainly is one of the most fascinating places on earth. Spectacular due to its geographic location and abundance of wildlife it is UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2014. This vast inland delta is formed by the Okavango River who, at the end of its way, gets lost and evaporates in the arid Kalahari basin.
