Majestic sea eagle

On a winter morning on the Lofoten, Norway, the weather forecast was good. That's why I wanted to try my luck. My big goal was to take pictures of sea eagles. In the morning, at breakfast, I spoke to a couple who had tried to photograph sea eagles a few days earlier – in vain. They were only able to see the imposing birds circling from afar.
During a cruise through the Trollfjord, icy wind caressed me. Initially, I only saw these majestic birds in the distance. Close enough, my 200 mm lens "only" allowed me to capture some seagulls. It was only on the way back – I had almost given up hope – that a sea eagle rushed down. It happened as quick as a flash. The camera was ready to shoot...
