Hyppo at sunset in Mana Pools

The particularity of Mana Pools is the possibility to get off the jeep and go on walking safaris.

With our guide, we moved on foot to the edge of Long Pool, one of the four basins of Mana Pools (Mana means four) to sit and settle in, waiting for the sunset with a large herd of hippos in front of us.

A very special light with the body of water that was almost black with the reflections of the sun setting behind the hypopotamus, bringing out its profile and the hair around the ear.
