Kushti

Kushti is an ancient martial art whose adepts, without distinction of caste, are subject to very strict rules on everything from diet to what can be done in free time. Developing the purest lifestyle possible in order to develop the inner energy that according to Hinduism regulates the Universe. The athletes are between 10 and 60 years old, having reached the athletic maturity, about 40 years, they marry while continuing to attend the gym for the maintenance of physical fitness and pass on the teaching of Kushti to new recruits.
