Syria and Iraq: the humanity's borders

Two countries. Two stories. Two differents conflicts. Still just one, true need: humanity.
This is what meant for me as well, indeed humanity was the element that drove me to leave for this incredible adventure, over the objections of family and friends.
Through Ankawa, Erbil, Duhok, Damascus, Aleppo, Homs, and Sadad, I met citizens that overwelmed me with hospitality.

The unconditional love of parents, the inner strength of widowed mothers, the unity of the population, the testimonies reported with eyes full of tears and the determination of those who demand their lives back, led me to be the person I become today.
