Contredanse

Series of photographs taken at a popular festival in Granada (Spain), in a totally dark village, only lit by candles and lanterns; the aesthetics of work, with dark backgrounds, is inspired by the Spanish Golden Age, and painters like Velázquez and Murillo. The games take place, between wooden swords, and costumes of the time.

Like an old dance, this is called the series; as if were a game.
