MIGRANTS_walking for life

In the last years, the immigration issue has reached enormous proportions. In 2014 have landed on the italian coasts about 170.000 migrants and over 50.000 in 2015 (according to the last data), however only a small numbers of them has submitted an application for asylum in Italy. Most continued to Germany and Sweden, despite the Dublin Regulation would require the submission of the application for asylum in the first country of arrival.

In this project I want to witness the condition of these people walking for miles, through land and sea, to search a new better life.

I have chosen to use my iPhone camera because allows me "to tell their movement while I’m moving too" by car or while I’m walking without being too intrusive.
