SOFT FERVOUR Or how to watch for metamorphosis

I had lost precious ones at this point in time. My involvement in photography still seems like a trial today, a willingness to preserve “time,” to stop what seemed like an unbearable disappearance. So, I attempted to escape the pain, the death, and also through this photographic work to again accost the shores of life, love, the game, and desire. It’s this “intimacy” that has come to face me. “Intimacy,” the secret place of metamorphosis. I began this work in Brussels in 2008, and it continues to today. It is this quest that I intend to pursue as my life’s work.I was a young girl, who has transformed into a young woman, and presently, a young woman who is transforming into a woman.Maybe in order to see myself, it’s better to let myself “see,” to go through images of women.And it’s through this game between them and me and you, that, what I believe, completes “the heart of my work.”Soft and persistent images of light metamorphosis, through which I would like to lead to the next.To honour lost friends, I would like to take the road to love, to this wonder that may illuminate the most humble of things.
