Epiphany in Kiev.

Epiphany is a very important day in Ucrania´s orthodox tradition. Many people go to rivers and lakes to dive three times looking to clean their souls from sins. It is also believed that whoever has bathed that day will not be sick the rest of the year. Although the temperature was about 15 degrees below zero, hundreds of believers were appearing from early morning to take a bath in the Dnieper river.
